Amnesty International is an Exed we had every Monday from 5.00 pm to 6.pm.  This is an ExEd that I feel that we got to take action directly on issues that concerned the student body around the world.  In this ExEd we organized letter-writing sessions in the cafeteria for people to write to governments, and other institutions in order to allow freedom of speech and freedom of protest.

One event that we organized while I was in that ExEd was The March For Our Lives in March and I was delighted to see that people from town and other local schools and Highlands University were able to participate in it because the mass shooting in schools is an issue that affects an entire community and the trust within the people in it. That followed with a gathering in the Mandela garden and a minute of silence to all the victims of these atrocities all over the United States and the World.
